At RZLER PERFUME, we want you to find your signature scent with absolute confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days of receiving your RA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned bottle, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
